The Guardian reports that a city in England has passed a new law making it illegal for dog walkers from talking to each other. The city council in Wandsworth said that people who walk four or more dogs at the same time must obtain a license to do so, including carry several poop-bags, and will be prohibited from talking to other dog walkers.

Professional dog sitting has become very popular among dog owners in London, that local parks are inundated with dogs. The city feels that when dog walkers stop to chat to each other, that dogs become most unruly, terrorizing other park users.
