Hog-Dog Fighting Moves to Mississippi

Thursday, January 20, 2005

Legislators in Mississippi are working quickly to create a law prohibiting hog-dog fights in their State. After several raids against hog-dog fights in neighboring states, organizers of the fights are moving into Mississippi where there are currently no laws against this act barbarism.

Senate Judiciary B Committee members were treated to a scene on a film Wednesday in a hearing on a bill to outlaw hog-dog fighting in Mississippi:
The wild hog let out a high-pitched, blood-curdling scream as the pit bull crashed into it and latched on with his jaws.

The handlers had to use a Bowie knife to pry the dog's jaws from the hog's bleeding ear. The audience, including children, cheered from the bleachers.
At hog-dog rodeos, a wild boar, which has had its tusks removed, is put in a pen. One at a time, pit bulls are released to attack the hog. Dogs are judged by how quickly they take the hog down. The hogs are mangled and often die from the attacks.

  • I just learned of this horrific blood sport today. What can I do, as an average citizen, to help erase this horror from our society?

  • I strongly disagree with all of this because I go to these catches and I have NEVER seen a hog hurt, mangled or killed I have seen people put medicine on hogs to provent their bites from becoming infected. the dogs are judged on catching not bringing the hog down just on how fast they catch the hog I have noticed at these catches there are alot of teenagers that are in to this considering all the crime and drug use in our streets today that they could be involved in there not they are in a family place having fun saftly not riding around drinking doing drugs or worse so before you go and cause all this trouble for Mississippi the way you did Louisiana you might want to consider would you rather see a hog get bit by a dog or go to some young kids funeral because they was out getting in trouble because lets be honest there isn't much for kids to do that keeps them out of trouble.Out of all the catches I have been to I have never seen trouble such as fighting, drinking and I have only heard very few people curse and all of the people there are highly against dog fighting that is what you should be putting your time and energy into dog fights that is what always seems to be over looked.I myself am a young mother and I let my son go to these catches and hope he stays interested in them because when he is a teenager I know he will not be in all the trouble that gets kids put in jail of gets them killed. So please reconsider all this trouble you are causing.there is worse things going on than hog catches.what is the differce we pay to watch people fight on TV and we let murders and child molesters out of jail to walk the streets? Why not use your time to put a stop to that?

  • I just saw this on TV.... and I must admit that I am UTERRLY DISGUSTED and APPALED and the Southern Scum that actually find this entertaining! Didn't get enough of your sister last night, so you gotta pick on a defenseless animal? And you rednecks actually take your KIDS to these events?!?!? No wonder why they turn out to be murderers and Klans-men, and serial rapists and such. Anyone that can condon or accept this OBVIOUSLY disgusting "sport" is a true piece of human waste, and if you got something to say about it, your an even BIGGER piece of trash (think about that redneck).

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10:56 PM, November 30, 2005

  • To start off with I don't know any klans men and most of my friends are black so my kids are not raise to be racist. Most of the major Dog fighting rings are all in the north but i suppose that is all alright and All of the major school shooting happened in the north because them kids had nothing better to do than watch killing on tv and play video games that has killing in them no wonder they do what they do add all the drugs. There is one thing for sure here we might let our kids go to hog catches and watch but up there all you have for your kids to do is watch the drug dealer and the prostitues standing on the local conner something we don't have here. and people here we all grow up with respect for other people we don't have habits of getting on the computer and just go off calling people trash and all the other things you said about me to someone that has done nothing wrong to you or to anyone else and after all that you are talking to a woman a mother that is raising a child to be respectfull and polite to rude peole just like you wouldn't your mother would she be proud of the respect you show other people or is that something that you was not taught? and I have to say I have met alot of people from up north after the hurricanes and I have to say you are the first rude one I have talked to you are the reason people in the south think so poorly or norterns and it is really bad because they are not all are like you and this site is on peoples oppions on hog catches not on a north and south thing but everyone has an opppion and I guess that is yours but you really should consider meeting me you would never guess i am a "redneck". I said nothing wronge all i did was voice my oppion on the subject at hand you are the one that has to go all out and make something out of nothing. And I am a redneck because i like the sport what are people called that watch blood sports on tv ( wrestling)? I guess they are redneck too and I am trash I really think real trash is people that put stupid sterotypes on people they don't even know I am a really nice person very respectful to other and one on them people that would do anything to help other people including you with out any hard feelings and I don't know even know you from anybody else but like I said before this is an oppion page on hog catching not on judging people just because they have a different oppion than you so do your do this name calling thing to everyone that see things different than you? your oppion does not make you any better than me and me no better than you it just means we are human and we have different views. But we are fussing over a stupid hog when we have so many bigger things going on in the world that is worth discussing.

  • You must be a yankee(so is my friend that also hoghunts and he is normal) since we are rednecks and you must watch to much telivision all this couldn't get enough of your sister crap you must not of snorted enough of your dope and your hooker must of made you look like a idiot so you had to get on the computer and talk trash to a woman so you could feel all big and bad I have to agree with the woman that posted she has the right idea keeping kids out of trouble and alive should be the main goal for everyone and you have the nerve to call her trash for looking out for the intrest of kids maybe you need to look how is talking all you are worried about is some pig hell you really must not like me I Hunt and fish that is probly cruel to you as well.Poor dear, turkey, rabbbit, squirel and all the catfish and bass I eat them helpless animals.but anyway to the hog catches the ones i go to the hogs have not had their tusk cut and like the lady said I have never seen a hog hurt killed or anything else.Soo why don't you take you trashy comments and use them somewhere else like to people's faces and not on a damn computer. SO MY OPPION ON HOG CATCHES IS.....I SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. if you don't agree so be it you don't have too but there is not reason to do all this name calling you are doing.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 1:26 PM, December 01, 2005

  • Thank You atleast someone agrees with me and I am pretty sure more people do but just don't know this site in order to say what they think.I will pass this site on to my fellow hog hunters. There really is not reason for all this name calling.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 3:10 PM, December 01, 2005

  • I too, recently learned of this terrible event that some consider entertainment. There are reasons why this 'sport' is considered illegal! I dont understand why some people take pleasure in watching a violent, cruel, and inhumaine act. Also, how could a hog not be hurt or terrified if it is being chased, taken down, and mangled by a dog! It is scientific knowledge that animals have brains and nerves, and are therefore capable of feeling pain, not to mention the biological act of fear to escape danger! Being a teenager once myself, I found plenty of things to do that were neither illegal or cruel to animals. Why not be a creative and engaged parent and help your children discover the beauty of the world without abuse to other living things. There are some wonderful books to read, amazing art to see, and a whole world of truly beautiful things to see out there. Stop the animal blood sports!!

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 12:46 PM, December 02, 2005

  • Thank you for being polite with your responce and I understand what you say but you see where I live there is absolutely nothing for kids to do and the cops here get such great pleasure out of causeing problems for teenagers and where we are at it is not illegal for this sport. I do not believe in killing anything unless you are going to eat it. I visited a slaughter house for cows and other animals now to me that is cruel. and also the way they do baby animals that is horrible.veal is from a helpless baby. But I do see your point in saying this sport is cruel in a way and I would prob.be on your side if there was things here for kids to do that kept them safe and out of trouble but there is not. And by the way I am a very engaged parent and I am also in the process of trying to get our town to provide more things for kids to do.So I am not all that bad of a person.

  • WHO: HOGS and DOGS
WHAT: HOW HUNTING DOGS ARE TRAINED TO CATCH HOGS
    WHEN: NOW
WHERE: ANYWHERE THE BOAR POPULATION THREATENS
WHY: MISREPRESENTATION OF TRAINING AS HOG-DOG FIGHTS

For further information contact the Concerned Catch Dog Coalition at 703-966-9830

With the recent arrests in Florida for ‘Hog – Dog’ fighting, it is important that the media and public understand more about the United States population of wild boar and the training of hunting dogs which are used to catch and hold a wild boar on a hunt. The “fight” is no fight at all. The misperception of the local media, the humane society, and similar organizational representatives could hinder the training of these dogs to help local farmers and homeowners with the eradication of a local nuisance and potential business or personal safety threat.

The purpose of using pens in catch work is to train the dog proper technique in a controlled environment. The dogs are taught to “catch and hold” the boar until the hunter arrives. Dogs are trained to catch the boar on the cheek or ear, in order to keep the hog under maximum control and keep dog and hunter as safe as possible. Using a dog with no experience on a boar in the woods is dangerous for both hunter and dog, hence the reason for having a controlled area in which the dog can learn how to safely catch and control the wild animal.
There are instances when a dog should be a good “catch dog” based on it’s personality but within a few training sessions it becomes clear that the dog is not the “right dog for the job”. This is invaluable information because in an uncontrolled environment, like the woods or swamps, the dogs life and well being of the hunter are at risk if a dog can not do it’s job perfectly. The boar will not fare well either, a dog who is not trained properly will not know where to “catch” or how to “hold” the boar damaging the boar unnecessarily. This is not a ‘fighting’ arena, there are no bets placed on who will fight to the finish or come out on top. The dog always comes out on top, because it is a controlled training exercise that teaches the dog to catch the boar by the ear, hold on, and stops the boar from running any further. The boars are left completely in tact, as found and captured in the wild. Tusks are left in place, not pulled or filed, as catch work in a pen must closely resemble that which occurs in the wild, in order to properly train the catch dog. Catch Competitions have been the object of recent controversy as their purpose has been widely misunderstood. In catch competitions, dogs compete against each other for the fastest catch in the pen, using proper technique. This is not a fight, but a timed training exercise to assure that the dogs are doing exactly what they are trained to do, before entering the unpredictable environment of an actual hunt in the woods. Catching with speed and accuracy relates directly to the safety of the hunter and dog in the field, and proper catching and holding minimizes discomfort in the wild boar. It has been proven that there are less nerve endings in the ear of the wild boar; therefore catching a boar by the ear inflicts less discomfort. In most competitions, the only thing offered is a Catch Dog title and a trophy to the winner, contrary to what has been charged by the HSUS of huge pay offs.
There is a long history of wild boar and the problems they cause, in the United States, including their nuisance to farmers and damage to expensive crops. The boar ifound in the United States originate from several lines of European wild boar and mixed domestic strains reverted back to a “wild state” and are armed with a unique combination of aggressive temperament, high breeding rates, large litter sizes, and adaptable and destructive eating habits--they will eat just about anything. Normal boar feeding behavior, called rooting, disturbs the soil. Boar rooting destroys vegetation, destroys the refuge and habitat of small mammals, ground nesting songbirds, and herptafauna (reptiles and amphibians). It worsens the effects of erosion. The wild boar has proven to be an outwardly aggressive animal that has been known to attack animal and human alike without provocation.

With increasing age, the male’s canine teeth develop into long ivory tusks, which curve outward and can grow to more than eight inches in length. The boars use these tusks as weapons of defense and also on each other when fighting for dominance. With each opening and closing, the tightly set teeth of a boar’s jaw act as a honing and sharpening mechanism for its tusks, thus making them literally razor sharp.

In the latter part of the 1900’s the USDA began to implement disease eradication programs throughout the domestic livestock populations across the United States. Feral boar or “wild boar” did and still pose a threat as an uncontrollable carrier host for the diseases slated for eradication in domestic livestock.

The feral swine population in the United States is still growing. More than half of the nation has feral swine populations, with Florida and Texas reporting over a million swine each. Due to the possible negative financial impact feral swine populations could have on their own businesses, farmers and ranchers continue to view them with much disdain. In many cases, modern day wildlife managers have also joined the ranks of farmers and ranchers and recognize their horrible affects on the ecosystem. Feral swine populations compete for resources with managed wildlife such as deer, turkey, and Northern Bobwhite quail.

With these issues becoming increasingly prevalent, there is now a thriving industry developing in the United States based on the hunting and or removal of feral swine. As hunting feral swine with dogs has proven one of the most successful methods, the demand for well-trained catch dogs has drastically increased to assist in the removal efforts. As cited from the Georgia DNR publication, Feral Hogs in Georgia; disease damage and control, “the most effective method for controlling feral hogs is a combination of shooting, live trapping, and hunting with dogs.” Because of the hog’s ability to adapt to changes in its environment, outwit traps, and sense the presence of humans long before they are in sight, a catch dog is at a significant advantage with its ability to track, run down, and successfully catch a cunning hog. The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University in New York estimates that annual hog damage amounts to $200 Million a year, and views this as a conservative estimate. They cause significant environmental diseases and damages that cannot be translated into dollar amounts. It is for these many reasons that the proper training of dogs to aid in the capture and removal of unwanted feral swine populations is so very important.

The arrests in Florida are classified under ‘dog fighting’ in the local jurisdictions because activist groups perceive the training of hunting dogs as fighting. They have to prosecute under ‘fighting’ because training of hunting dogs is actually legal. They have coerced state and local governments to prosecute innocent men as criminals. These same activist groups have boldly stated that they are against any and all types of hunting and believe it to be immoral. They believe that by stopping the training of hunting dogs they can eventually stop the act of hunting altogether and are willing to falsely accuse innocent people to further their agenda. In most jurisdictions, local authorities want nothing to do with the capture and removal of these feral hogs, and need the assistance of local hunters and their dogs to do what is necessary to protect crops, livestock, private property, and other local wildlife from the devastating impacts of wild boar.

  • I just learned of this sadistic act. I am very upset with the violence in this society. Some of the supporters say the kids have nothing to do with their time.I guess watching violence against a helpless animal is a useful and educational way to pass the rest of the day after day care, or school. I guess you beleive that violence is beneficial to them. I believe violence is learned behavior and this is the lesson of the day for the youth of your town.
So when the youth engage in violent acts upon the weaker of their peers, you can trace back to the days when you brought your youth to the pen to watch the stronger prey on the weaker.Just think about it.

  • I want to address the woman who feels attacked by the comments against hog-dog fighting. I am sure that you are a good woman. I respect your views but do not agree with them. North, south, east and west, we are all human beings trying to live a good life the best we can. I do not believe in cruelty in any form, to people or animals. Now that this issue has come to the attention of other parts of the country, laws will be enacted, the hog-dog fights will soon be a thing of the past and no longer an issue for north and south to debate. As you stated, we have other issues to turn our attention to. It is commendable that you are working to find activities for the youth of your community. keep up the good work. and god bless.

  • I think all you animal rights people are ignorant busy bodies who have nothing better to do than harass descent southern folk who are trying to enjoy a sport one of which this country was founded on.
I bet the same person who started this sight is pro abortion and eats meat. In my opinion if thats the case they are the biggest hippocryts because when you kill an unborn baby your committing the creulest act of all. And if you ever worked in or been near a slaughter house youll realize that pig catching is just a fun game in which the pig has a chance to fight back unlike the one who gets the hammer between the eyes from the butcher. It is so upsetting to me that butchery is never mentioned as animal cruelty how can it not be. So instead of worrying about fun entertainment mayby you should go after the real criminals. Abortion clinics, whores who have abortions, butchers, and fags who spread aids. Peace to all my southern brothers and sisters. Speak up and be heard. Dont let those little pansy hypocryts take our heritage for when its gone its hard to get back.

  • im so glad for the previous comment, it shows the sort of ignorance and one-sided mentality that usually and unfortunetly is loudly voiced, wether it is for training, sport, or just plain blood thirsty cruelty, people have to learn that there can always be a middle ground. life is not black and white, things are not that simple. cruelty and barberic behavor cannot be justfied by preventic far worse deeds. im personaly aware of the wild boar problem in the southern states to include arizona and even parts of california. i am also very oposed to animal cruelty, specially the fighting of animals, i live in Los Angeles were dog fights and cock fights are a deep rooted problem that has nothing to do with "yanks" and "rednecks" its a hispanic culture problem. i also like to hunt and fish, i would be a hipocrate if i was to oppose hunting and talk about it over a nice 12 or 18 oz steak (medium rare). if in fact there are people out there making a profit out of these "training" sessions (and there always is) we should have the power to do something about it before those few ruin something much greater like the right to hunt and fish. i would like some sort of oversight, a body of people well educated in the history and purpose of such training as to keep us all honest. teenagers and young kids who are around thins wont turn into little mansons if they are thought tolerance to others who dont necessarely have the same opinions and tend to offend others with their own. education on the matter is what will ultimately resolve this issue. on a parting shot, north or south, try to put your point accross with out offending, honey not vinegar is what gets the bees. God bless.

  • The problem is not so much with Hog dogging. Its about people who are ignorrant to sub-cultures. Just because you are not familiar with something or you wouldn't do something; doesn't mean that is wrong for others not to engage in it. Most people don't have to worry about hogs ripping up thier plants are eating their pets. They just look at a pig squealing and say ohh thats horrible. Many people are not even aware that in their own states Falconers train thier Birds to catch staged animals so that during the hunt they are familiar with it. Have most of you ever a heard a rabbit scream when a Hawk has caught it. The falconer runs in just like the dog handler on a hog and dispatches the rabbit quickly by breaking its neck. Doing that does two things it quickly kills the rabbit and it prevents the rabbit or squirrel from severely wounding the bird. Hog hunting with dogs is the same way. People who are against this type of stuff need to educate themselves and realize that there are those who honor the sport instead of abuse it. Legislation should go after abuse not against legitamacy.

  • As to your article on hog dog rodeos...why would any animal rights activist want to stop any natural instinct which god has instilled into his creatures with the ban on hogdog trials? As humans we have stolen a dog’s natural instinct to hunt through domestication. As an avid hunter I know my dogs beg to the opportunity to hunt any chance that they can. If going hunting is even mentioned in their presence, they light up and beg to participate in their god given desire to satisfy their and their owner’s pleasure in fair game chase. As for the hogs, no one should feel sorry for them. They were built through natural evolution for protection. They have 3-4 inch thick armor plating built into their skin and razor sharp tusks. They squeal to bring other hogs to their defense. Don't you people ever watch the discovery channel? Have any of you ever seen The Lion King? Were the lions, "cats" abused by allowing them to hunt? Sometimes we as humans have good intentions but nature should take its course and if allowing dogs to practice what they love in a controlled setting then why not? The dogs and hogs receive great veterinary care if needed at all events I have attended. They don't have that luxury in the wild. And we love our dogs and protect them with Kevlar vests and collars...do they have that luxury in the wild? Sometimes you should ask yourselves if the way you want things to go is the best for the animals you are trying to help. Don't be selfish.
    Sincerely,
    Richard Maness

  • Ya'll people crying over a poor piggy getting "caught" by a mean old bull dog need to get your facts straight have ya'll ever been to one all ya'll are saying is that you are just finding out about it. And yes we are taking our children to these and believe me mine will attend one or two in their life times. First you need to get your facts straight the hog that ya'll are saying thats getting torn apart, ya that hog gets as much medical attention as a cancer patient so study up on your facts. Maybe if you can pry yourself off that tree that your hugging you can visit one of these events and see how its really done. Ya'll need to find something more important to worry about like people going and killing students and stuff. Or ya'll can mind your own business and STAY UP NORTH.

  • I know I am a bit late but Cruelty to animals is absolutely not acceptable. Throwing a poor defenseless animal into a ring with Pit bulls that have been trained to be killers is cool to you people defending this infamous crap? Get a heart, Get a life, leave the boars alone.

  • first of all the dog are not killers and can be family pets and the hogs are the killers lets see you stand next to a pig and try to hug that cute little guy i have a pig that i use to train my 3 pits and it has been fine the whole time so go play with the little pigs and stand back when you hear the dogs coming

  • As a guy from the South and with a very popular South Louisiana name, it makes me sick as hell to see this crap. I have already confronted our local idiot rednecks over some rooster fighting. Tell me you defenders of this absurd "sport" - what do you get from the viewing of such an activity? What about it makes you entertained? Why do you think its okay to take your children to such an event. Its sickening and all of you cowards who refuse to put your names down, its pretty certain you find such sport enjoyable because you feel quite small as a grown man. For those around the country engaged with bringing the entire North/South civil war lingo into play here, it would be better served that you just stick to the topic! Not everyone from the North or the South "gets it", nor will they ever. This may occur more in the South, as apparently it does, but do not judge all of the people of this region as being "out of it". As I said I am from the deep South and I deplore such acts for what they are - vulgar and inhumane.

  • hey everyone.i was born an american.i do not think hog hunting or hog trials, are wrong.
i think there are inhumane, ways to do everything.criminals for example, deemed not able to live in society,so lets feed, them care for them,= tax money .the people that encourage this ban, have obviusly never seen the damage these boars can do to plants, ecosystems, domestic animals, fences. It would be a good idea for those opposed to check the research.by the way in mississippi black bears are making a comeback, and wild pigs can kill them..and another interesting fact is that the pit bull scores under or the same as a golden retriver in agression to humans and.thank u to those who post, knowledgable comments.south and north

  • There’s nothing wrong with hunting or fishing. There’s nothing wrong with butchering an animal for food. That was god’s intensions. That’s how we survive. The issue here is not the cuts and bruises these animals receive during our selfish acts of entertainment. We cut and bruise ourselves all the time. The difference is that our hearts don’t beat at a million beats a minute. We don’t fear for our lives or ponder on whether or not we will be alive in five minutes. Our eyes don’t bulge out of our heads displaying the worst type of fear imaginable. It doesn’t matter if the pigs have one layer of skin or 138 layers. There is still nerve endings and pain. This issue has nothing to do with race or location. I live just north of the capital of Hicksville and am surrounded by neighbors who believe in this type of sport yet I am totally against it. With 10 acres of land and several small farm animals, I’ve never had to protect my animals from the constant wild pigs who cross my yard. A true hunter doesn’t let his future steak suffer in pain. He kills to kill instantly and to feed himself and his family. But what god respecting purpose do these fight have? Just like any other sport that shows lack of disrespect towards living things not just humans. That’s the problem these days. Yes we are superior to every other species and we abuse it. When we see things like boxing or violence on TV or animal cruelty such as this, we teach our children that when superior to something or someone, take advantage and abuse of it. This then leads to the violence and killings we see in our schools. The drugs and rebellion in most of our teens today. We see people putting kittens in grocery bags and throwing it in a canal. And I’m sure someone can come up with a decent excuse for that too. Don’t you see, this type of sport is like a gateway drug “per say,” to other acts of not only cruelty, but selfishness. Instead, we should be teaching our kids compassion towards anything that serves a purpose on the land we’ve borrowed. This sport should not be an outlet for boredom in small towns. Your in a small town for a reason. If you cant handle that then move. Animals shouldn’t suffer cause you don’t have a chuckie cheese. If everyone asked themselves how they would feel if it were themselves in every aspect and situations in our lives, you wouldn’t have as many child abusers and cheating spouses and so on. You and I are lucky our fate has lead us to lead our lives as humans. But what if your fate was to live your life as a pig? Would you have the same views? When we lead by simple acts of kindness, we teach others to respect those less fortunate . Doesn’t it feel good to help an old lady across the street? Why should it be any different towards animals? And let’s not talk about heritage and roots. Those days are gone. We can cure cancer, make babies in test tubes and communicate with out wires. Did your great great great great grandfather know pigs are smarter than any other domestic animal, dogs and cats included. They have amazing problem solving abilities and are very trainable animals. May god forgive those of you who think this is an acceptable behavior and influence. May he forgive you for sleeping soundly at night with no remorse for your actions.

  • If you haven't seen a hog dog rodeo than don't say anything about it. It's not at all like it's being depicted on this awful site. It's gross that people would try to make a law based off of the garbage that they read off of sites like this. OH AND THEY'RE NOT ALL PIT BULLS THAT DO THIS. Stop giving the American Pit Bull Terrier a bad name by using the term "pit bull" for any dog that you find scary. Popular catch breeds include the Dogo Argentino, American Bull Dog, many mixes and other breeds, and yes SOME American Pit Bull Terriers.

  • okay I was looking for an article about sheep ranching and ran across this site. I know that some of these articles were written 3 years ago, but I have to comment on you yankees. I had the great pleasure of living in Wisconsin for a few months in the 1990's. I had gone to the mall with a couple of friends and we were laughing and talking when we went through the main entrance. This man came up to me and said "excuse me, you sound like you are from the south." I replied "yes sir I am. I am from Alabama." His response to me literally took me aback, "Well that's fine that you are up here, but keep those (N-word) below the mason dixon line!"
Now, my family has lived in the south for over one hundred years, but they started out up north. (Tom's River New Jersey is named after my great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather.) Our family never had slaves, and to my knowledge (and we have researched our family tree back to England and Scotland) there has never been a "hook up" between a brother and sister. But I did hear of stories from relatives who moved up north about a couple who were brother and sister that were "married" and had children that were "not quite right in the head". That was in Ohio. Then you have the Morman churches up there that allow one man to marry as many women as he wants. Then don't forget that most of the serial killers like the boston strangler, Dahmer, and many many more...came from? You guessed it, up north. We have had some bad eggs down here, and unfortunately the Ku Klux Klan is everywhere. So when you want to attack people because of where they live (if you are that pathetic) read a little bit and make sure you know your facts before you start hating people because of their national origin, race, lifestyle, etc... (wait a minute...isn't this kind of bigatry what the Ku Klux Klan does?) Just a little something to think about.
