NPR Reports on Pit Bulls in San Francisco

National Public Radio put together an audio report of proposed changes to San Francisco's municipal code on dog attacks. As reported earlier, the City wants to place specific requirements on Pit Bulls, and stiffer penalties on owners responsible for dog attacks.

The reports paints a picture of San Francisco wanting to protect its "dog friendly" status, while getting tough on dog owners whose dogs continue to attack.
