Got a great idea for a new pet product? Then why don't you enter your idea at IdeaFetch?

IdeaFetch is the creation of PetSafe, a maker of pet doors and electronic fences. They're giving away $40,000.00 to the person with the best idea, and PETCO has agreed to sell the winning product at its stores.

The winner will be selected by the public through a vote.

All you need is an idea, no financial backing or capital.

The second place winner gets $5,000.00, and the third place gets $2,500.00.

All first, second and third place winners will get the chance to have their ideas turned into product, at the expense of PetSafe. Keep in mind, however, that PetSafe gets to completely own your idea, should it turn into product.

But, if you don't have the "gusto" to turn an idea into a business, this might be a great way to earn some quick cash.
