The folks at Thankful Paws have created a line of wearable products designed to help animal charities raise funds and increase adoptions.

Among their products is the DonationWare Vests. Their vests that clearly identify the wearer as someone can accept monetary donations. By wearing this vest, and mingling with the attendees at events, it reminds people to make a donation and makes it more convenient for them to donate.

Jody Cohen and Terry Lanphear, are the owners of Thankful Paws, and both volunteer their time with the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League. They've pledged to donate a percentage of each purchase of Thankful Paws DonationWare to the League.

If any of you are working with animal rescues, consider using the company's "Adopt Me Please" bandanas. When taking your animals to the pet supply store for the weekend adoption event, these bandanas may encourage folks to think about adopting a dog or cat.
