A husband and wife team in Albany, Oregon have introduced a product to help older dogs get into the back of an SUV.

The "Otto Step" fits into a standard trailer hitch, and provides a step allowing special needs dogs to get in and out of an SUV without hurting their legs and backs, thus saving dog owners themselves from having to lift heavy dogs.
