A home-based pet food manufacturer called "Elias Bowl" is claiming to offer the world's first ever Meals Ready to Eat (MRE) for pets.
MRE's are also given out to victims of natural disasters (like hurricanes Ivan and Katrina)- of wich animals are definitely included. The fact that they are free and give you a warm meal was a welcome thing when all the stores are closed because the electricity is out everywhere. I guess the real question is wether or not FEMA or the National Guard would put out money for these pet MRE's... think about it... someone has to open and prepare them for the animals - couldn't that someone just give them dogfood or catfood? Seems like that money could be better spent elsewhere.

News your dog would want to know about, pet legislation, new pet products, and weird stuff.
