Is This the World's Ugliest Dog?

Dane Andrew of Sunnyvale, CA, has put out a press release touting his Chinese Crested, named Rascal, is the reigning "World's Ugliest Dog".

Rascal, The only living and competing Ugly dog to hold the coveted "Ring of Champions" title which makes him the current "World's Ugliest Dog". Originally won the contest at the Sonoma Marin Fair.
Andrews says Rascal does not get shaved, and is naturally hairless except for his mohawk and some hair on his tail and feet. He also has no teeth, and is not able to keep his tongue in his mouth.

Rascal comes from a dynasty of "Ugly Doy Royalty", with his Mom, Grandmother, and Grandfather all having held the title of "The World's Ugliest Dog". Rascal's Grandfather "Chi Chi" is in the Guinness Book of World Records for winning the most ugly dog contests and was undefeated with 7 ugly dog wins. Andrews goes on to say that Rascal may be the only dog, along with his Mom "Mai Tai" to receive a Mayoral proclamation.

I dunno. Personally, I think Rascal is more cute than he is ugly. What do you folks think? Is Rascal ugly, or he is cute?

Any one who says this dog is ugly, he/she is ugly himself. I see no anger & badness in his eyes, but full of love & kindness, as all the dogs in the world. This creatures are the most precious ones in the universe.

I don't know so much about cute as goofy. His tongue hanging out of his mouth and his beady little eyes starring in sheer confusion just makes him look goofy. He is obviously what i would call ugly, but i would certainly replace cute with goofy..

This dog is really cute. just look how happy he is runiing around with a smile, a little mohawk and big happy eyes so what if he doesn't have fur, this dog is happy to be himself.
