For folks in the Washington DC area...

The National Capital Area Chapter of the American Liver Foundation is hosting 5K "Trot with Spot" on June 17th.

Runners, joggers, and walkers who have dogs are invited to take their four-legged pals on a 5K run/walk to raise money for groundbreaking research, treatment and education.

Takes place at Belle Haven Park in Alexandria, Virginia.
