Indian Man Marries Dog

Indian man marries dogA man in southern India married a female dog as part of a cure for his physical maladies.

The groom, P. Selvakumar, is a 33 year old, who claims that he had stoned two dogs to death some 15 years ago. Since then, his conscience has become so stricken with grief and anxiety, that he claims to have lost use of his hands and legs, and has lost hearing in one ear.

Hindu tradition apparently says that such physical losses can be remedied by atoning for one's sins, in this case, marrying a dog.

The photo, however, shows him using his arms and hands. So, I'm not sure what's going on.

The Associated Press reports that it was a stray dog that got picked out to be the bride. She was bathed, prepped, and adorned with decorations, just like the real mccoy.

  • Looks like he's already cured. The dog seems content as well. All-in-all, I'll bet they'll be happier than most married couples.

  • You Indians are really sick people. Marrying any animal or dog is insane. Its insult of marriage union hood. Atleast Arabs are millions of time better than you digusting animal licking Indians. Arabs man marry woman, arab woman marry arab man. Arabs know how to preserve unionhood of marriage. Shame on you diggusting stupid Indians.

  • if he's married a stray dog then the sex must make up for her looks, and can you honestly say that 'sanctity of unionhood' should get in the way of love (dog sex lol). do you know what I object to, people marrying peopl they've knocked up without love. that is more disgusting to me than a guy haveing sex with a stray dog.

    arabs pressure girls into loveless marrige more than anyone else, so dont you go spouting off about the sanctity of marrage.

    let me guess I added a little humour about dog sex and added a comment about marrige without love and I'm the devil/arab devil/hindel devil or super devil (lol). I bet you hate gay marrage too you know, cos they ain't quite human or something either w/e. I'm bisexual and proud, if your not offended - thank you for being free thinking.
