Foster Families Needed for Abandoned Great Danes
Foster Families Needed for Abandoned Great Danes
The North Carolina Chapter of the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane
Rescue League is seeking Foster Families to care for Great
Danes that are currently kenneled until permanent homes
can be found.
(PRWEB) June 19, 2004 -- Does your house seem a little empty
these days? Do you have just a few hours a month that you’ve
been wondering what to do with? After watching animal shows
are you overpowered with the urge to be a Rescue Trooper?
If so, Berkley, Tango, Princess, Roo, and Joshua desperately
need your help. These Danes are currently being housed in
kennels and need a little of your time and TLC to help them
get ready for their forever homes with adopting families.
They will gladly pay you back with the kind of “love on a
large scale” that these Gentle Giants are so famous for.
The North Carolina chapter of the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane
Rescue League (MAGDRL) is in need of foster homes and kennel
team volunteers for the ever increasing numbers of abandoned
and abused Great Danes in our state. We have chapter leaders
all across the state ready to help new foster families and
volunteers learn the ropes, and reap the rewards of working
with our Danes in need.

Carolina please visit our website at www.ncdanerescue.com.

About MAGDRL
MAGDRL is a non-profit 501© (3) group of state chapter leaders
and volunteers who have, for more than twenty years, rescued
abused, abandoned, lost and unwanted Great Danes. We operate
in a nine state region that extends from upstate New York,
to upstate South Carolina. MAGDRL spays and neuters, as well
as providing all the medical treatment necessary to return
the Dane to good health. We also provide training and socialization
to ensure their adaptability to new homes. Our goal is to
place rescued Danes with people who will provide secure, loving
and healthy homes. On average, we have 70 Danes in temporary
foster homes and kennels year round. For more information
see our main website at www.magdrl.org.
