Ibizan Hound vies for Biggest Win of All
An Ibizan Hound named Bunny is a top contender for winning
the 'Hound Group' tonight and quite possibly, the whole
show.
(PRWEB) February 11, 2004--Dog shows are the second oldest
sport and the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show held at Madison
Square Garden is one of the biggest and most prestigious dog
shows in the world.
Top dogs from all over the country (and the world) come to
this show in hopes for the biggest win of all, 'Best of Show'.
An Ibizan Hound named Bunny, who was born and reered in Livermore,
California, is a top contender for winning the 'Hound Group'
tonight and quite possibly, the whole show. When asked about
her chances Bunny responded, "Grrrrr..." Clearly, no one is
taking this 'Bunny' for granted.
Opening ceremonies were aired last night on the USA network
featuring the winners from the Working, Terrier, Toy and Non-Sporting
groups. Tonight the competition vies for 'Best Sporting Breed,'
'Hound and Herding Breed' and the ultimate win, 'Best in Show.'
The event is taped live and can be viewed on satellite or
local cable, delayed broadcast at 8:00PM PST.
