Animal Attraction to Host Singles Party in Washington D.C.
AnimalAttraction.com to host “Party Like A Dog” event
for Washington-area singles who love pets and their canine
companions.
Washington, DC (PRWEB) August 10, 2004 -- “Pet owners are
warm, caring and responsible people. If you’re single and
looking for friends, a date, or a long-term relationship,
those are pretty good qualities to start with.” says Dan Cohen,
founder of AnimalAttraction.com, an online dating site targeting
the 40 million single pet owners in the U.S. and millions
more singles who don’t own pets, but love them just the same.
In the first months since its launch, Animal Attraction.com
has attracted members in all 50 states, including hundreds
in the National Capitol area. In addition to bringing pet
lovers together online, Cohen ~ a former executive with the
NFL’s Washington Redskins, the NBA’s Washington Wizards and
the NHL’s Washington Capitals ~ is hosting parties where single
pet lovers can meet and mingle in person, and even bring their
canine companions along.
The upcoming “Party Like A Dog” event for Washington-area
singles who love pets ~ and canine companions ~ on August
28 from 2 - 6 p.m. at Buffalo Billiards, 1330 19th Street,
N.W.
A similar event held at the same venue in February drew more
than 300 pet lovers and 150 dogs.
