Friends Forever - Pet Information Management System
This new service prepares a report describing
everything about your pet in case something should happen
to you.

Friends Forever is a new organization service designed to
help your pet should you pass away, or find the two of you
separated in a disaster.
One session with Friends Forever permanently records everything
about your pet, from their favorite toys to how the owner
would like them cared for in their will. It also records everything
that the pet’s caretaker will need to know, from where to
buy their pet food to their vaccination history. When a session
is complete, a formal report is sent to all the animal's emergency
caretakers, including the veterinarian, your next-of-kin,
and your attorney.
A typical Friends Forever project begins with a twenty minute
phone consultation. A Personworks Professional Organizer then
visits the owner and their pet, spending an hour and a half
documenting critical information that will be needed if the
owner is unavailable. The information is captured in Friends
Forever‘s exclusive XML data storage system. The visit completes
with a photo shoot to capture the pet’s image in case they
are lost or stolen.
Finally, the owner receives a Friends Forever wallet ID card
with their wishes for their pets if they are incapacitated,
and a magnetic sign to alert emergency staff that there are
pets in the house in case of fire or other disaster.
Friends Forever is a service of PersonWorks, LLC, a professional
organization consulting firm based in Seattle, WA.
